Procedures Involving Orders from this Website

Placing an order with ourselves on this website, it is accepted that it is an indication that you have read and accept our terms and conditions.

The ‘confirmation’ stage sets out the final details of your order. Following this, we will send to you an acknowledgement of such an order via email detailing the products you have ordered. Please note that this email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Ideal Rooms Furniture.

Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on despatch of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.

Please note that you are entitled (Distance Selling) to cancel this contract if you wish provided that you exercise your right and notify us no longer than 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive the products.

if you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract after your order has already been dispatched, we will refund the original purchase price and delivery charge, provided that you have notified us in writing no longer than 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive the products, and that you have taken reasonable care of the products and not used them.

Under the provision of 2.5 the return of goods to Ideal Rooms Furniture will be your financial responsibility and any arrangements to return such goods involving transportation/carrier will be met by yourselves the Customer/Consumer of whom Ideal Rooms Furniture had a contract with (Unless Ideal Rooms Furniture make an individual exemption to this condition due to prior arrangement within communication with the Customer/Consumer). You agree that a full refund of such goods will take place once the goods originally purchased under contract are received by Ideal Rooms Furniture and Inspected to satisfy that the goods have not been used and reasonable care by the Customer/Consumer of said goods have been met. You agree that then and only then will such a refund will be made!

Under the provision of 2.4, 2.5 and 2.6 We Ideal Rooms Furniture will have 14 day after receipt of goods returned to give a full refund including delivery costs to you the customer/consumer.
