All deliveries are free in mainland UK and the Isle of Wight

One Person Delivery Service
Your item will be delivered between 7 am up until 9pm

• Unfortunately, with this service we cannot give you a specific time slot and the driver cannot call you before they arrive
• For flats delivery is to the ground floor entrance only
• A signature will be required (the person signing must be 18 or over)

Two Person Delivery Service
You will receive a 2hour time slot the evening before your delivery and our drivers will attempt to call you 15 minutes before they arrive

Please note: We cannot guarantee delivery on your preferred delivery date to the following postcodes: AB 31-38, AB 41-45, AB 51-56, AB 59, EH, G, FK, IV 1-28, IV 30-32, IV 36, IV 40, IV 52-56, IV6 3, IV 99,KA, KW 1-14, ML, PA 21-41, PH 8-11, PH 15-26, PH 30-44, PH4 9-50, PO 30-41

We do not deliver to the following: We cannot deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Islands, BFPO addresses. Larger items requiring 2person delivery cannot be delivered to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Islands, Republic of Ireland, Southern Ireland or BFPO addresses.
